Not ideal.

It does zoom in and out of video… but… the quality of the zoom feature is REALLY bad. Any amount of zoom instantly degrades the image quality. Very pixelated. (Possibly just a problem for the camera itself, which may be why apple doesnt offer a zoom feature by default… they knew it would be sh!tty.) Also, the navigation between saved videos and the active camera is seriously sub-par. If you need to capture a moment quickly, you might find yourself fumbling through navigation screens and missing whatever it was that you were trying to video. The "rendering" process is a joke. You cant even render multiple videos at once… you have to render them one by one before you can even export them into your camera roll or computer. There has GOT to be something better out there.
